The Mercury MerCruiser 260 MIE is a 5.7-liter (350 cubic inch) V8 inboard marine engine based on the GM small-block architecture. It produces 260 propshaft horsepower at a maximum operating range of 4,400 to 4,800 RPM, utilizing a 4-barrel carburetor and wet-joint exhaust setup.
